Easy New Potatoes

Ingredients

• 13 c Wesson oil
• 1 pkg onion soup mix
• potatoes

Directions

1. Cube well washed and unpeeled potatoes about size of a quarter enough potatoes to cover a cookie sheet in a single layer
2. Coat quartered potatoes with oil then coat them with the onion soup mix
3. Spray cookie sheet with Pam and spread potatoes on it
4. Bake at 400 for 1 hour uncovered
