Easy Oatmeal Pecan Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 4 pkg instant oatmeal 2 flavored and 2 regular
- 1 c chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 c oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix together by hand
- Roll in small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake at 325 for 12 minutes
- Makes 6 to 7 dozen cookies
