Easy Oven Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 medium red potatoes unpeeled
- 6 medium onions sliced
- 12 c margarine melted
- 18 tsp minced garlic
- 14 tsp celery salt
- 34 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Alternate layers of onions and potatoes in a casserole dish Mix together margarine and seasonings pour over potatoes and onions
- Cover and bake at 400 for 40 minutes
- Uncover sprinkle paprika over and bake uncovered for 20 minutes
