Easy Oven Stew
Ingredients
- 2 lb beef cut for stew
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper and paprika to taste
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 small onions quartered
- 4 carrots cut in 1-inch pieces
- 4 potatoes quartered
- 1 c celery cut in 1-inch pieces
- 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 c water
Directions
- Mix together flour salt pepper and paprika sprinkle over beef
- Toss floured beef in oil that has been put in 3-quart casserole dish Bake uncovered at 400 for 30 minutes
