Easy Oven Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 lb beef cut for stew
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper and paprika to taste
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 small onions quartered
  • 4 carrots cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 4 potatoes quartered
  • 1 c celery cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
  • 1 c water

Directions

  1. Mix together flour salt pepper and paprika sprinkle over beef
  2. Toss floured beef in oil that has been put in 3-quart casserole dish Bake uncovered at 400 for 30 minutes
