Easy Pie Crust

Ingredients

• 3 c flour
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 heaping c Crisco
• 12 tsp baking soda
• 1 egg
• 1 Tbsp vinegar
• 3 Tbsp water

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients until well blended
2. Beat egg vinegar and water in large bowl
3. Add dry ingredients all at once
4. Mix with large fork
5. Divide and roll out on floured board
6. Makes 2 9-inch single or 1 double crust
