Easy Pot Roast

Ingredients

• 2 cans Campbells celery soup
• 2 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
• 4 lb pot roast meat chuck eye of the round etc

Directions

1. Put meat in heavy-duty aluminum foil in roasting pan pour celery soup over meat undiluted
2. Add onion soup mix
3. Close foil so steam doesnt get out
4. Roast at 350 for 3 hours
5. Makes delicious gravy
