Easy Pot Roast

Ingredients

• 4 lb roast
• 1 pkg onion soup mix
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

1. Place roast in Dutch oven add soup mix and mushroom soup Add water to cover roast
2. Cover
3. Cook at 325 for about 2 hours Add carrots and potatoes during last 45 minutes of cooking if desired
