Easy Potato Soup

Ingredients

• 16 oz bag frozen hash brown potatoes
• 1 c onion chopped
• 1 14 12 oz can ready-to-serve chicken broth
• 2 c water
• 1 10 34 oz can cream of celery soup undiluted
• 1 10 34 oz can cream of chicken soup undiluted
• 2 c milk

Directions

1. Combine first four ingredients in a Dutch oven bring to a boil
2. Cover
3. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes
4. Stir in soups and milk heat thoroughly
5. Garnish if desired with shredded Cheddar cheese diced cooked ham or bacon
