Easy Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients
- 2 c 8 oz shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 12 c half and half milkcream
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
- 8 slices crispy cooked bacon crumbled
- 12 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
Directions
- Toss cheese with flour
- Add half and half eggs bacon and seasonings
- Mix well
- Pour into shell and bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes
