Easy Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box butter cake mix
• 1 tsp cocoa
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c buttermilk
• 1 bottle red food coloring
• 1 stick margarine softened
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 Tbsp vinegar

Directions

1. Mix cake mix with cocoa
2. Add vanilla buttermilk food coloring margarine and eggs
3. Blend until moistened
4. Add soda vinegar
5. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed
6. Bake at 375 degrees in three layers for 30 minutes
7. Use Cream Cheese Frosting
