Easy Refrigerator Dough

Ingredients

  • 2 c warm water 105 to 115
  • 2 pkg dry yeast
  • 12 c sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 14 c oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 12 to 7 c flour

Directions

  1. Measure water and yeast into bowl stir to dissolve
  2. Stir in sugar salt oil and eggs
  3. Mix until dough is soft
  4. Do not knead
  5. Cover with damp cloth place in refrigerator
  6. Let set at least 2 hours
  7. About 1 to 1 12 hours before baking shape into rolls
  8. Cover let rise until doubled in size
  9. Bake at 400 until done
  10. This dough will keep in the fridge for about 5 days
  11. Just keep the cloth covering it damp
