Easy Refrigerator Roll Dough

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg active dry yeast
  • 2 c warm water 105 to 115
  • 12 c sugar
  • 14 c Mazola corn oil
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 6 12 to 7 c Gold Medal flour plain

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl
  2. Stir in sugar shortening beaten egg salt and 3 cups of the flour
  3. Beat until smooth
  4. Stir in enough flour to make dough easy to handle
  5. Place dough in greased bowl then turn greased side up
  6. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to use
  7. Dough can be kept up to 4 days in refrigerator at 45 or below keep covered
