Easy Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients

• 5 c rhubarb
• 3 oz pkg strawberry Jell-O
• 1 pkg mini marshmallows
• 1 yellow cake mix

Directions

1. Cube the rhubarb and spread on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan
2. Sprinkle dry Jell-O over rhubarb then scatter marshmallows on top
3. Prepare yellow cake according to box directions pour over top
4. Bake according to box directions
5. Serve warm plain or with whipped cream or ice cream
