Easy Rhubarb Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 5 c diced rhubarb
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c heavy cream
Directions
- Mix cake as directed on package
- Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan
- Spread rhubarb over batter
- Sprinkle with sugar pour cream over top
- Do not mix
- Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tests done
