Easy Rocky Road

Ingredients

• 2 c 12 oz pkg Hershey semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 14 c 12 stick buttermargarine
• 2 Tbsp shortening
• 3 c miniature marshmallows
• 12 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Butter 8-inch square pan
2. In large microwave-safe bowl place chocolate chips butter and shortening
3. Microwave at High 100 for 1 to 1 12 minutes just until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred
4. Add marshmallows and nuts
5. Blend well
6. Spread even in prepared pan
7. Cover and refrigerate until firm
8. Cut into 2-inch squares
9. Makes 16 squares
