Easy Rocky Road
Ingredients
- 2 c 12 oz pkg Hershey semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 14 c 12 stick buttermargarine
- 2 Tbsp shortening
- 3 c miniature marshmallows
- 12 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Butter 8-inch square pan
- In large microwave-safe bowl place chocolate chips butter and shortening
- Microwave at High 100 for 1 to 1 12 minutes just until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred
- Add marshmallows and nuts
- Blend well
- Spread even in prepared pan
- Cover and refrigerate until firm
- Cut into 2-inch squares
- Makes 16 squares
