Easy Rocky Road Candy
Ingredients
- 3 6 oz pkg 3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 c miniature marshmallows
- 1 14 c coarsely chopped walnuts
Directions
- Melt chocolate chips over hot not boiling water stirring until smooth
- Spread about 13 of the melted chocolate in buttered 8-inch square pan
- Cover with marshmallows mixed with walnuts
- Pour over remaining chocolate mixing slightly until marshmallows and walnuts are coated
- Let set until firm
- Cut in squares
- Makes 1 23 pounds of candy
