Easy Salad

Ingredients

• 1 3 oz pkg orange gelatin
• 1 large carrot grated
• 12 c diced celery
• 12 c grated cheese optional
• 1 12 c boiling water
• 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice

Directions

1. Stir gelatin into boiling water until dissolved
2. Let stand until cool
3. Add carrot celery and pineapple
4. Also add cheese if used
5. Refrigerate until gelatin is firm
6. Serves 6
