Easy Sauerkraut Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bob Evans bulk sausage
  • 1 16 oz jar sauerkraut
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 c bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Rinse and chop sauerkraut
  2. Combine all ingredients
  3. Form into walnut size balls
  4. Roll in 12 cup bread crumbs
  5. Place on cookie sheet ungreased or sprayed with Pam
  6. Bake at 250 for 1 hour
  7. Makes 3 to 5 dozen depending upon size
