Easy Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 c. potatoes, thin sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 can each: milk and water
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 can cheese soup

Directions

  1. Bake in casserole in a 375° oven for 1 hour, until potatoes are tender.
  2. Makes 8 servings.
