Easy Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 c. potatoes, thin sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 can each: milk and water
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can cheese soup
Directions
- Bake in casserole in a 375° oven for 1 hour, until potatoes are tender.
- Makes 8 servings.
