Easy Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
- 34 c milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 medium potatoes sliced about 18-inch thick
- 1 c Cheddar cheese grated
- 12 small onion chopped
Directions
- Combine milk and soup in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole dish
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Cover and microwave on High for 10 minutes
- Stir
- Microwave another 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender
- Serves 8
