Easy Shrimp

Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 12 lb shelled raw shrimp
- 14 c dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- hot cooked yellow or white rice
Directions
- Melt butter in blazer pan or chafing dish
- Add garlic and cool slightly
- Add shrimp cook stirring frequently until shrimp are tender
- Stir in wine and parsley
- Heat to boiling Serve with rice
