Easy Shrimp Creole
Ingredients
- 1 14 12 oz whole peeled tomatoes undrained and chopped
- 12 c No Fat italian oil dressing
- 1 medium green pepper cut in chunks
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 lb uncooked shrimp
- 18 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 c hot cooked rice
- 12 tsp sugar
Directions
- In medium skillet heat dressing and saute green pepper and onion
- Stir in tomatoes with liquid and simmer covered 15 minutes
- Add shrimp red pepper and sugar
- Simmer covered an additional 15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink
- Serve over hot rice
