Easy Southwestern Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 12 lb cooked ham cut into 12-inch cubes
  • 1 16 12 oz can cream-style corn
  • 1 11 oz can whole kernel corn with green and red pepper drained
  • 1 4 oz can chopped green chilies
  • 1 c light sour cream
  • 1 c skim milk

Directions

  1. In a 4-quart saucepan combine ham 2 cans corn and green chilies
  2. Cook over medium-high heat stirring occasionally until mixture just comes to a boil 2 to 3 minutes
  3. Reduce heat to low Stir in sour cream and milk
  4. Continue cooking stirring occasionally until heated through 3 to 4 minutes
  5. Serves 6 Easy and good
