Easy Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb fresh spinach or 2 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 14 lb butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cook spinach for 5 to 8 minutes or as directed on package Drain and mix with cream cheese 4 tablespoons butter salt and pepper
  3. Pour into casserole
  4. Melt remaining butter Toss with crumbs and sprinkle over casserole Bake 20 to 30 minutes Even spinach haters like this
  5. Serves 4
