Easy Stew

Ingredients

• 1 lb stew meat
• 3 potatoes cut in quarters
• 4 carrots peeled and cut into chunks
• 1 small jar mushrooms drained
• 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 14 c cooking sherry
• salt pepper and paprika to taste

Directions

1. Dredge stew meat in onion soup mix
2. Put into baking casserole
3. Put potatoes and carrots on top of meat
4. Combine cream of mushroom soup and cooking sherry and mix until smooth Add mushrooms to soup mixture
5. Pour over top of meat potatoes and carrots
6. Cover and bake at 250 for 5 hours
