Easy Taco Pie
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef browned with chopped onion
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 4 oz can green chilies
- 34 c Bisquick
- 1 14 c sweet milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 c Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack
Directions
- Grease 10-inch pie plate Stir taco mix into beef and put in pie plate Mix milk eggs and Bisquick pour over meat Bake about 25 minutes at 400 or until brown The last 5 minutes of cooking sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt Very good
