Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam
Make a layer of tomato sauce then 4 uncooked lasagna noodles half the cooked vegetables sprinkle with 13 of the cheese sauce noodles then a layer made of the cottage cheese Parmesan cheese egg salt pepper and parsley sauce noodles remaining vegetables sauce and remaining cheese
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly around edges
