EbbieS Corn Relish

Ingredients

• 24 ears corn
• 3 small hot peppers
• 2 medium heads cabbage
• 9 c vinegar
• 12 small bell peppers
• 5 c sugar
• 12 medium onions
• 2 bottle Frenchs mustard

Directions

1. Cook corn vinegar and sugar 20 minutes
2. Add other ingredients except mustard and cook 20 minutes
3. Put mustard in after mixture is removed from stove and stir
4. Put in jars while hot
5. Makes 16 to 18 pints
