Eclair Pie
Ingredients
- 2 3 34 oz pkg French vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 medium carton Cool Whip
- graham crackers
- fudge chocolate canned icing
Directions
- Mix pudding following package directions using 14 cup less milk
- Stir in Cool Whip
- In a large oblong dish place a layer of graham crackers close together on bottom
- Alternate layers of crackers and pudding until you have 3 layers of crackers and 2 of pudding
- Using fudge chocolate canned icing spread over top of crackers
- Refrigerate to set
