Eclair Pie

Ingredients

• 2 3 34 oz pkg French vanilla instant pudding mix
• 1 medium carton Cool Whip
• graham crackers
• fudge chocolate canned icing

Directions

1. Mix pudding following package directions using 14 cup less milk
2. Stir in Cool Whip
3. In a large oblong dish place a layer of graham crackers close together on bottom
4. Alternate layers of crackers and pudding until you have 3 layers of crackers and 2 of pudding
5. Using fudge chocolate canned icing spread over top of crackers
6. Refrigerate to set
