EdithS Gourmet Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 can water
  • 12 tsp thyme
  • 1 can French fried onions 28 oz
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 12 c sour cream

Directions

  1. Brown chops and arrange in baking dish
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  3. Combine soup water and thyme
  4. Heat
  5. Then add parsley sour cream and 12 can of onions
  6. Blend and spread over the chops Cover and bake at 350 for 1 to 1 12 hours or until tender Remove cover put remaining onions on top and bake 5 minutes more
