EdwardS Mansion Orange Muffins

Ingredients

• 4 c flour
• 2 c sugar
• 1 12 Tbsp baking powder
• 1 13 c butter room temperature
• 34 c shortening
• 12 c milk
• 5 eggs
• 1 14 c orange juice
• 1 c diced orange sections

Directions

1. Mix together all dry ingredients
2. Add butter shortening milk eggs and orange juice
3. Mix thoroughly
4. Spoon batter into greased muffin pans until 23 full
5. Top each muffin with an orange section
6. Bake in 375 oven for 20 to 25 minutes
7. Makes 3 dozen muffins
