Egg-Cheese DishBreakfast - Brunch
Ingredients
- 8 eggs beaten
- 8 slices bread crusts removed and cut into cubes
- 2 34 c Velveeta cheese cubed
- 4 c milk
- 34 tsp salt
- 14 tsp white pepper
- 14 tsp dry mustard
- 14 lb bacon partially cooked drained chopped reserve
Directions
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan generously
- Spread the bread cubes over bottom of pan
- Sprinkle cheese cubes over bread
- In bowl beat eggs
- Add milk and seasonings
- Mix well
- Pour over cheese-bread in pan carefully
- Cover with plastic or foil and place in fridge overnight
- Next morning sprinkle bacon bits over mixture and bake 1 hour at 325
