Egg-Cheese DishBreakfast - Brunch

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs beaten
  • 8 slices bread crusts removed and cut into cubes
  • 2 34 c Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 4 c milk
  • 34 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp white pepper
  • 14 tsp dry mustard
  • 14 lb bacon partially cooked drained chopped reserve

Directions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan generously
  2. Spread the bread cubes over bottom of pan
  3. Sprinkle cheese cubes over bread
  4. In bowl beat eggs
  5. Add milk and seasonings
  6. Mix well
  7. Pour over cheese-bread in pan carefully
  8. Cover with plastic or foil and place in fridge overnight
  9. Next morning sprinkle bacon bits over mixture and bake 1 hour at 325
