Egg-Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage
- 10 eggs
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 c bread crumbs or cubes
- 2 14 c milk
- 1 12 tsp dry mustard
- 1 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Crumble brown and drain sausage
- Combine eggs milk mustard and salt and beat
- Stir in bread cheese and sausage Pour in 9 x 13-inch baking dish
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
