Egg-Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 doz eggs
  • 4 12 c milk
  • 4 c grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 12 tsp dried mustard
  • 3 lb mild sausage browned and drained
  • 16 slices bread crusted cubed and dried
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Beat eggs add milk then dried mustard
  2. Add sausage bread cheese and put in large casserole dish
  3. Let set in refrigerator all night
  4. Before baking the next morning add the 1 cup milk and cream of mushroom soup
  5. Bake at 325 for 1 hour
  6. Serves 20
