Egg-Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 10 eggs
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 2 c bread crumbs or cubes
  • 2 14 c milk
  • 1 12 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Crumble brown and drain sausage
  2. Combine eggs milk mustard and salt and beat
  3. Stir in bread cheese and sausage Pour in 9 x 13-inch baking dish
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
