Egg-Sausage Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 doz eggs
- 4 12 c milk
- 4 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 12 tsp dried mustard
- 3 lb mild sausage browned and drained
- 16 slices bread crusted cubed and dried
- 1 c milk
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions
- Beat eggs add milk then dried mustard
- Add sausage bread cheese and put in large casserole dish
- Let set in refrigerator all night
- Before baking the next morning add the 1 cup milk and cream of mushroom soup
- Bake at 325 for 1 hour
- Serves 20
