Egg-Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lb sausage fried drained and crumbled
- 12 slices bread cubed no crust
- 8 eggs beaten
- 4 c milk
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tsp salt
- 12 lb grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Mix all ingredients refrigerate overnight covered
- Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking
- Bake 45 minutes covered then 15 to 25 minutes uncovered at 350
- Let set 15 to 20 minutes before serving
- Bake in 10 x 13-inch pan
- Serves 12
