Egg-Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb sausage fried drained and crumbled
  • 12 slices bread cubed no crust
  • 8 eggs beaten
  • 4 c milk
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 12 lb grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients refrigerate overnight covered
  2. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking
  3. Bake 45 minutes covered then 15 to 25 minutes uncovered at 350
  4. Let set 15 to 20 minutes before serving
  5. Bake in 10 x 13-inch pan
  6. Serves 12
