Egg And Cheese Spread

Ingredients

• 2 hard-boiled eggs peeled and mashed
• 1 c grated Cheddar cheese
• 14 c minced ham
• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped dill pickle
• 12 tsp hot sauce
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• salt to taste

Directions

1. In medium-sized bowl mix eggs and cheese together
2. Stir in ham
3. Add mayonnaise dill pickle hot sauce mustard and salt Mix well
4. Refrigerate until ready to use
5. Yield
6. about 2 cups
