Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 slices bread edges trimmed off
- 6 eggs
- 1 pt half and half
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 12 c grated mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb sausage browned
Directions
- Butter bread on both sides and place in a baking dish Sprinkle sausage over bread then cheese
- With mixer combine half and half eggs and salt
- Pour over other ingredients Refrigerate overnight
- The next morning bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until firm
