Egg Cheese Souffle

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- dash of pepper
- 2 c. croutons (cheese)
- 1 c. grated Velveeta
Directions
- In greased baking dish, place croutons and Velveeta.
- Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt, onion powder and pepper.
- Pour on top of cheese.
- Place crumbled bacon on top.
- Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
