Egg Custard

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 3 Tbsp flour
• 3 well beaten eggs
• 1 large can evaporated milk
• 2 Tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix sugar and flour
2. Add eggs milk and vanilla
3. Grease pie pan with butter and dust with flour
4. Combine ingredients and pour into pie pan
5. Bake 30 minutes at 350
