Egg Custard Pie

Ingredients
- 2 pie crusts make or buy
- 4 eggs slightly beaten separate whites and yolks
- 34 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 tsp salt
- 3 c milk scalded heat and skim off
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions
- Prepare pie crust in pie pan
- Brush with slightly beaten egg whites
- Combine eggs sugar salt and cornstarch
- Add milk and vanilla mix well
- Pour into 2 pie crusts placed on cookie sheets for support
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top
- Bake in oven on 400 for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean
- Cool serve
