Egg Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs well beaten
  • 3 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1 12 c milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine sugar flour and salt
  2. Beat eggs well add dry ingredients
  3. Add butter and milk mix well
  4. Pour into a pastry shell bake in a 375 oven for 30 minutes
  5. Allow to set before serving
  6. Makes 6 servings
