Egg Foo Yong

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 34 lb chopped chicken pork or turkey
- 1 8 oz can button mushrooms
- 14 lb bean sprouts 12 can drained
- 1 green onion chopped
- 12 stalk celery chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Beat eggs slightly in mixing bowl
- Add other ingredients Cover bottom of a 6-inch skillet with peanut oil and heat skillet Pour 14 of the mixture in this and cook over low heat until brown on one side
- Turn carefully and cook until brown on other side
- Serve with Brown Sauce
