Egg Foo Yong

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 34 lb chopped chicken pork or turkey
  • 1 8 oz can button mushrooms
  • 14 lb bean sprouts 12 can drained
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 12 stalk celery chopped
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Beat eggs slightly in mixing bowl
  2. Add other ingredients Cover bottom of a 6-inch skillet with peanut oil and heat skillet Pour 14 of the mixture in this and cook over low heat until brown on one side
  3. Turn carefully and cook until brown on other side
  4. Serve with Brown Sauce
