Egg Pie
Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury quick crescent rolls 8 count
- 8 slices bacon fried and crumbled
- 12 c milk
- 12 c shredded cheese
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Separate dough into 4 rectangles
- Place 2 rectangles in ungreased 8 or 9-inch square pan
- Press over bottom and 12-inch up sides to form crust
- Place cheese and bacon in bottom of pan
- Beat eggs and milk
- Pour over bacon and cheese Separate remaining dough and arrange in triangles over egg mixture
- Do not seal
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and filling is set
