Egg Plant Parmigiana

Ingredients
- 1 small eggplant
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 - 15 oz tomato sauce chunky italian
- 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp grated parmesan or romano cheese
Directions
- Peel eggplant
- Slice 12 inch thick and brush with oil Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat 6 to 8 minutes turning once
- Heat sauce spoon over eggplant and sprinkle with cheese
