Egg Pudding

Ingredients
- 10 slices cubed de-crusted bread
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 doz eggs
- 1 c milk
Directions
- Put cubed bread on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan
- Melt margarine and cheese in double boiler
- Pour over bread
- Beat eggs with fork and add milk and mix
- Pour over mixture
- Place in refrigerator overnight
- Bake one hour at 300
