Egg Pudding

Ingredients

  • 10 slices cubed de-crusted bread
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 doz eggs
  • 1 c milk

Directions

  1. Put cubed bread on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan
  2. Melt margarine and cheese in double boiler
  3. Pour over bread
  4. Beat eggs with fork and add milk and mix
  5. Pour over mixture
  6. Place in refrigerator overnight
  7. Bake one hour at 300
