Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb cabbage
  • 12 lb lean meat
  • 2 oz bamboo shoots
  • 3 oz mushrooms
  • 7 Tbsp water
  • 12 tsp cornstarch
  • msg
  • salt

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in springroll shells according to package diagram
  2. Deep fry with temperature of 140 to 150
  3. Turn on both sides ready when golden brown in color
  4. Blot excess oil before serving
