Egg Roll

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb cabbage
- 12 lb lean meat
- 2 oz bamboo shoots
- 3 oz mushrooms
- 7 Tbsp water
- 12 tsp cornstarch
- msg
- salt
Directions
- Place ingredients in springroll shells according to package diagram
- Deep fry with temperature of 140 to 150
- Turn on both sides ready when golden brown in color
- Blot excess oil before serving
