Egg Strata

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb sausage or ham
• 9 large eggs
• 1 12 c frozen grated hash browns
• 3 Tbsp oleo
• 2 12 c milk
• 2 c grated cheese any combo
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp pepper
• garlic to taste
• 1 tsp minced onion
• jalapeno if desired

Directions

1. Brown sausage drain and crumble into a 13 x 9-inch dish Saute hash browns in oleo then spread over sausage
2. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes
3. Mix eggs milk and seasonings
4. Pour over mixture
5. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes
