Egg White Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 23 c sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Directions
- Beat eggs until stiff
- Gradually beat in sugar and salt
- Add vanilla
- Fold in chocolate morsels and nuts
- Drop by teaspoon onto buttered cookie sheet
- Place in preheated oven at 350 and turn off oven
- Leave in oven until oven is cool
