Egg White Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 egg white
• 34 c dark brown sugar
• 2 c nuts chopped
• 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Stiffly beat the egg white
2. Gradually add sugar
3. Stir in other ingredients and drop by teaspoonfuls in ungreased cookie sheet
4. Bake in a 250 oven for 30 minutes
