Eggnog

Ingredients

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 12 c sugar
  • 1 c egg substitute
  • 1 12 c evaporated milk
  • 12 c skim milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 12 tsp nutmeg
  • 12 tsp allspice
  • 5 egg whites stiffly beaten
  • 12 c whipped topping
  • nutmeg for garnish

Directions

  1. With electric mixer blend egg yolks and sugar until thick Add next 5 ingredients blend well
  2. Gently fold in stiffly beaten egg whites
  3. Chill 24 hours
  4. Remove from refrigerator
  5. Pour into mugs garnish with topping and sprinkle with nutmeg
  6. Serves 6
