Eggnog
Ingredients
- 5 egg yolks
- 12 c sugar
- 1 c egg substitute
- 1 12 c evaporated milk
- 12 c skim milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 12 tsp allspice
- 5 egg whites stiffly beaten
- 12 c whipped topping
- nutmeg for garnish
Directions
- With electric mixer blend egg yolks and sugar until thick Add next 5 ingredients blend well
- Gently fold in stiffly beaten egg whites
- Chill 24 hours
- Remove from refrigerator
- Pour into mugs garnish with topping and sprinkle with nutmeg
- Serves 6
