Eggnog Pie

Ingredients

• 1 c cold eggnog
• 1 6 oz pkg Jell-O instant pudding vanilla
• 1 tsp rum extract
• 14 tsp nutmeg
• 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
• 1 graham cracker crust

Directions

1. Pour eggnog into bowl
2. Add pudding mix rum and nutmeg with electric mixer at low speed
3. Beat until blended about 1 minute Let stand 5 minutes
4. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip spoon into crust Chill until firm about 2 hours
5. Garnish with remaining whipped topping
6. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg if desired
