Eggnog Pie

Ingredients
- 1 c cold eggnog
- 1 6 oz pkg Jell-O instant pudding vanilla
- 1 tsp rum extract
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
- 1 graham cracker crust
Directions
- Pour eggnog into bowl
- Add pudding mix rum and nutmeg with electric mixer at low speed
- Beat until blended about 1 minute Let stand 5 minutes
- Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip spoon into crust Chill until firm about 2 hours
- Garnish with remaining whipped topping
- Sprinkle with additional nutmeg if desired
