Eggplant And Yogurt

Ingredients
- 2 medium eggplant sliced
- 2 c plain yogurt
- 1 tsp red pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 12 c water
Directions
- Fry eggplant until they are golden brown
- Add salt pepper and water to yogurt
- Take eggplant out of the oil and put cumin seed in the oil until brown
- Put half of the cumin in yogurt
