Eggplant Delicious

Ingredients
- 1 large eggplant
- 12 stick oleo
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 34 c milk
- 14 saltines crumbled
- 14 c onions chopped
- 1 c grated cheese
- dash of Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Peel and boil eggplant until done
- Drain and mash with potato masher
- Stir in oleo while hot Season Stir in eggs milk crackers and onions
- Pour into casserole and top with cheese Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
