Eggs For A Crowd

Ingredients

  • 14 to 16 slices bread I decrust them
  • 4 c milk
  • 8 eggs beaten
  • 2 Tbsp dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 or 6 c grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Blend milk eggs and spices
  2. Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan
  3. Layer 7 to 8 slices of bread
  4. Cover with half of cheese and half the egg mixture
  5. Repeat using balance of ingredients
  6. Refrigerate overnight or all day
  7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
  8. Let set a few minutes
  9. Cut into squares
