Elegant Asparagus And Peas

- 1 large can asparagus drained
- 1 large can English peas drained
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 13 c milk
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c shredded Velveeta cheese
- 2 boiled eggs
Directions
- Add asparagus and
- peas
- to
- a
- 2-quart
- casserole set aside In a
- medium saucepan heat margarine
- slowly stir in flour Gradually
- add
- milk
- stirring constantly
- Add salt Stir in cheese
- Continue to cook and stir until cheese melts Pour sauce over asparagus and peas
- Slice boiled eggs and lay on top of casserole
- Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly
