Elegant Chicken Breast

Ingredients

• 4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts halved
• 4 to 6 slices maple-flavored bacon
• 1 stick butter melted
• 1 12 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 4 oz can mushrooms sliced
• 1 bunch scallions chopped

Directions

1. Slightly cook bacon
2. Wrap one piece around each breast Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish
3. Mix butter and Worcestershire sauce
4. Pour over chicken sprinkle mushrooms and scallions over top
5. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes basting once or twice
