Elegant Steak And Rice

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb boneless round steak
• 12 tsp vegetable oil
• 2 large onions sliced 12-inch thick separated
• 1 4 oz can mushrooms drained save juice
• 11 oz can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 12 Tbsp garlic salt
• 3 c rice cooked

Directions

1. Cut steak into thin strips
2. In a large skillet brown meat in oil using high heat
3. Add onions and saute until crisp
4. Blend soup liquid from mushrooms and garlic salt together
5. Pour over steak add mushrooms
6. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour
7. Serve over a bed of rice
